Tonight will be the first in a series of free Gaelic Psalm singing classes which will run for six weeks, with a class each Monday evening. Taught by Calum Martin, who has immense experience in the singing and the teaching of Gaelic Psalm singing, attendees will have the opportunity to learn the Gaelic Psalms and the multitude of tunes that go with them in a situation that will also give the opportunity to strengthen the speaking skills of those in attendance.

Our second series of classes begins next Wednesday, also running for six weeks with a class every Wednesday evening. These classes will be taught by Murdo Dan Macdonald and the aim of which is to give an introduction to those wanting to learn the basics of Gaelic. The aim of these classes is to teach Gaelic phrases through learning simple Gaelic songs in which these phrases are to be found. These classes will be especially beneficial to those who want to strengthen their Gaelic in a very relaxed, informal situation.
